00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 36, relating to an application for a license to                                  
03 operate as a dealer in motor vehicles; and requiring a dealer in motor vehicles to                                      
04 maintain liability and property insurance.                                                                              
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 36, relating to                        
09 an application for a license to operate as a dealer in motor vehicles; and requiring a dealer in                        
10 motor vehicles to maintain liability and property insurance.
