01 "An Act extending the termination date of the State Physical Therapy and Occupational                                   
02 Therapy Board; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(17) is amended to read:                                                               
05                 (17)  State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board                                             
06       (AS 08.84.010) - June 30, 2030 [2022];                                                                        
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
