01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 45, raising the minimum age to purchase, sell,                                  
03 exchange, or possess tobacco, a product containing nicotine, or an electronic smoking                                   
04 product; relating to selling a tobacco product; relating to possession of tobacco,                                      
05 electronic smoking products, or products containing nicotine by a person under 21 years                                 
06 of age; relating to the definition of 'nicotine'; relating to transporting tobacco, a product                           
07 containing nicotine, or an electronic smoking product; relating to the taxation of                                      
08 electronic smoking products; relating to electronic smoking products; relating to the                                   
09 marketing of electronic smoking products; and relating to tobacco products.                                             
10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
11 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
12 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
13 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 45, raising the                       

01 minimum age to purchase, sell, exchange, or possess tobacco, a product containing nicotine,                             
02 or an electronic smoking product; relating to selling a tobacco product; relating to possession                         
03 of tobacco, electronic smoking products, or products containing nicotine by a person under 21                           
04 years of age; relating to the definition of 'nicotine'; relating to transporting tobacco, a product                     
05 containing nicotine, or an electronic smoking product; relating to the taxation of electronic                           
06 smoking products; relating to electronic smoking products; relating to the marketing of                                 
07 electronic smoking products; and relating to tobacco products.
