01 "An Act requiring the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to establish a                                 
02 consultation process to rename the Glenn Highway."                                                                      
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section                          
05 to read:                                                                                                                
06       RENAMING THE GLENN HIGHWAY. The Department of Transportation and                                                  
07 Public Facilities shall establish a process for Alaska tribes, Alaska Native organizations, and                         
08 communities along the Glenn Highway to provide input for renaming the Glenn Highway.
