01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Public Accountancy; and                                          
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(1) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (1)  Board of Public Accountancy (AS 08.04.010) - June 30, 2029                                     
06       [2021];                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
