00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 234, making supplemental appropriations,                                         
03 reappropriations, and other appropriations; amending appropriations; capitalizing                                       
04 funds; and making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of                                
05 Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund.                                                                    
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 234, making                            
10 supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and other appropriations; amending                                       
11 appropriations; capitalizing funds; and making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c),                                
12 Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund.
