03    * Section 1. AS 22.07.010 is amended to read:                                                                        
04            Sec. 22.07.010. Establishment. There is established the court of appeals,                                    
05       consisting of four [THREE] judges. The court of appeals is a court of record.                                   
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
