01 "An Act renaming the state bird as the Common Raven."                                                                   
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 44.09.060 is amended to read:                                                                      
04            Sec. 44.09.060. State bird. The Common Raven (Corvus corax principalis)                                
05       [ALASKA WILLOW PTARMIGAN (LAGOPUS LAGOPUS ALASCENSIS                                                              
06       SWARTH)] is the official bird of the state.
