AS 15.45.510 is amended to read: 05 Sec. 15.45.510. Grounds for recall. The grounds for recall are 06 (1) an official's 07 (A) lack of fitness; 08 (B) [, (2)] incompetence; 09 (C) [, (3)] neglect of duties; [,] or 10 (D) [(4)] corruption; or 11 (2) loss of public confidence in the official. 12 * Sec. 2. AS 29.26.250 is amended to read: 13 Sec. 29.26.250. Grounds for recall. Grounds for recall are 14 (1) an official's misconduct in office, incompetence, or failure to
