02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 46.03.476 and 46.03.480(d) are repealed.                                                        
04    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2020.
