01 "An Act removing from the exempt service of the state persons who are employed in a                                     
02 professional capacity to make a temporary or special inquiry, study, or examination as                                  
03 authorized by the governor and including those persons in the partially exempt service                                  
04 of the state."                                                                                                          
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. AS 39.25.120(c) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                         
07                 (22)  persons employed in a professional capacity to make a temporary                                   
08       or special inquiry, study, or examination as authorized by the governor.                                          
09    * Sec. 2. AS 39.25.110(9) is repealed.
