01 Suspending Rules 47 and 55, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, relating to the                              
02 carry-over of bills from the First Regular Session and the First Special Session to the Second                          
03 Special Session, concerning House Bill No. 111.

05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
06      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
07 Rule 47 of the Uniform Rules regarding the carry-over of bills and the provisions of Rule 55                            
08 of the Uniform Rules regarding the use of Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure to cover                              
09 situations not directly addressed by the Uniform Rules are suspended in consideration of                                
10 House Bill No. 111 – An Act relating to credits against the oil and gas production tax; relating                        
11 to the applicability of certain credits earned under the oil and gas production tax to the tax on                       
12 corporations; relating to tax credit certificates against the oil and gas production tax and the                        
13 issuance and assignment of those certificates; relating to interest applicable to delinquent                            
14 taxes; relating to lease expenditures; and relating to the oil and gas tax credit fund.
