01 Suspending Rule 47, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, relating to the                                      
02 carry-over of bills from the First Regular Session and the First Special Session to the                                 
03 Second Special Session, concerning House Bill No. 57.                                                                   
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
06 Rule 47 of the Uniform Rules regarding the carry-over of bills are suspended in consideration                           
07 of House Bill No. 57 – An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program                                  
08 expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; repealing                                    
09 appropriations; making supplemental appropriations and reappropriations; and making                                     
10 appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                                 
11 constitutional budget reserve fund.
