AS 11.71.170 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:

01 (g) Schedule IVA includes, unless specifically excepted or unless listed in 02 another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any 03 quantity of the following substance or its salts calculated as the free anhydrous base or 04 alkaloid: 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol, its salts, 05 optical and geometric isomers, and salts of these isomers, including tramadol. 06 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
