01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning Senate Bill No. 104, relating to the duties of the Department of Education and                               
03 Early Development; relating to the duties of the state Board of Education and Early                                     
04 Development; relating to school curricula; and relating to a system for managing student                                
05 information and records related to individualized education programs for children with

08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
09      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 104, relating to                      
12 the duties of the Department of Education and Early Development; relating to the duties of the                          
13 state Board of Education and Early Development; relating to school curricula; and relating to                           
14 a system for managing student information and records related to individualized education                               
15 programs for children with disabilities.
