01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Marijuana Control Board; and providing

03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(13) is amended to read:                                                               
05                 (13)  Marijuana Control Board (AS 17.38.080) - June 30, 2024 [2018].                                
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
