00 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 105(RES) 01 "An Act prohibiting the hunting or trapping of wolves in certain areas adjacent to the 02 Denali National Park and Preserve." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 16.05 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 16.05.784. Prohibition on hunting or trapping of wolves in certain 06 areas adjacent to the Denali National Park and Preserve. (a) Hunting and trapping 07 of wolves is prohibited within the boundaries of the parcels described in this 08 subsection, as follows: 09 (1) Township 11 South, Range 7 West, Fairbanks Meridian 10 Sections All; 11 (2) Township 11 South, Range 8 West, Fairbanks Meridian 12 Sections All; 13 (3) Township 12 South, Range 6 West, Fairbanks Meridian 14 Sections 4 - 9, 16 - 21, and 28 - 33;
