01 "An Act limiting the application of neonicotinoid pesticides."                                                          
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 46.03.730 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
04            (b)  A person may not apply imidacloprid, clothianidin, thiamethoxam,                                        
05 dinotefuran, acetamiprid, or any other neonicotinoid pesticide to seeds, to foliage, or                                 
06 in granular form to soil, unless the pesticide is contained entirely within a greenhouse.
