00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 202                                                                  
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 2001, making appropriations for the operating                                    
03 and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; making                                          
04 appropriations for the operating expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive                                       
05 mental health program; capitalizing funds and repealing appropriations; and making                                      
06 appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                                 
07 constitutional budget reserve fund.                                                                                     
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 2001, making                           
12 appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for                                  
13 certain programs; making appropriations for the operating expenses of the state's integrated                            
14 comprehensive mental health program; capitalizing funds and repealing appropriations; and                               

01 making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                          
02 constitutional budget reserve fund.
