00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 308, relating to the limitation of liability for the                             
03 inspection, installation, or adjustment of a child safety seat or in providing education                                
04 regarding the installation or adjustment of a child safety seat; and relating to child                                  
05 safety devices in motor vehicles.                                                                                       
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 308, relating to                       
10 the limitation of liability for the inspection, installation, or adjustment of a child safety seat or                   
11 in providing education regarding the installation or adjustment of a child safety seat; and                             
12 relating to child safety devices in motor vehicles.
