00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 5, relating to the persons who may be appointed 03 conservators of a protected person. 04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 That under Rules 49(a) and 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the 06 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 07 Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House 08 Bill No. 5, relating to the persons who may be appointed conservators of a protected person.
