02 of bills from the First Regular Session to the Second Special Session, concerning House Bill

05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
06      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
07 Rule 47 of the Uniform Rules regarding the carry-over of bills are suspended in consideration                           
08 of House Bill No. 176--An Act repealing state employee salary schedule increases; and                                   
09 providing for an effective date--previously passed by both the House of Representatives and                             
10 Senate during the First Regular Session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature.
