02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(4) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (4)  Alaska Commission on Aging (AS 47.45.200) - June 30, 2024                                      
06       [2016];                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
