00 HOUSE BILL NO. 209 01 "An Act relating to an Alaska Water and Sewer Advisory Committee; and providing for 02 an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section 05 to read: 06 LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS. The legislature finds that over 6,000 families in the state 07 do not have safe potable water or safe sanitation systems in their homes.
