00                         SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3                                                                        
01 Establishing a Senate Special Committee on In-State Energy.                                                             
02 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE:                                                                                           
03       WHEREAS in-state energy is one of the most significant issues of the state;                                     
04       BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate that a Senate Special Committee on In-State                                        
05 Energy is established to examine and take appropriate action on issues relating to in-state                             
06 energy use and in-state energy development; and be it                                                                   
07       FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Senate shall determine the number                                    
08 of senators to be members of the committee and shall appoint the members and designate a                                
09 member or members to chair the committee; and be it                                                                     
10       FURTHER RESOLVED that the Senate Special Committee on In-State Energy may                                       
11 meet during and between sessions of the Twenty-Eighth Alaska State Legislature and is                                   
12 terminated on the convening of the First Regular Session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State                               
13 Legislature.
