00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 75, amending certain audit requirements for                                      
03 entities receiving contributions from permanent fund dividends; requiring the three                                     
04 main campuses of the University of Alaska to apply to be included on the contribution                                   
05 list for contributions from permanent fund dividends; and requiring the university to                                   
06 pay an application fee for each campus separately listed on the contribution list for                                   
07 contributions from permanent fund dividends.                                                                            
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 75, amending                           
12 certain audit requirements for entities receiving contributions from permanent fund dividends;                          
13 requiring the three main campuses of the University of Alaska to apply to be included on the                            
14 contribution list for contributions from permanent fund dividends; and requiring the university                         

01 to pay an application fee for each campus separately listed on the contribution list for                                
02 contributions from permanent fund dividends.
