00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning House Joint Resolution No. 25, urging the United States 03 Congress to restore the presumption of a service connection for Agent Orange exposure 04 to United States Veterans who served in the waters defined by and in the airspace over 05 the combat zone in Vietnam. 06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 07 That under Rules 49(a) and 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the 08 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 09 Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House 10 Joint Resolution No. 25, urging the United States Congress to restore the presumption of a 11 service connection for Agent Orange exposure to United States Veterans who served in the 12 waters defined by and in the airspace over the combat zone in Vietnam.
