00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 77, relating to the Alaska Land Act, including                                   
03 certain authorizations, contracts, leases, permits, or other disposals of state land,                                   
04 resources, property, or interests; relating to authorization for the use of state land by                               
05 general permit; relating to exchange of state land; relating to procedures for certain                                  
06 administrative appeals and requests for reconsideration to the commissioner of natural                                  
07 resources; and relating to the Alaska Water Use Act.                                                                    
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 77, relating to                        
12 the Alaska Land Act, including certain authorizations, contracts, leases, permits, or other                             
13 disposals of state land, resources, property, or interests; relating to authorization for the use of                    
14 state land by general permit; relating to exchange of state land; relating to procedures for                            

01 certain administrative appeals and requests for reconsideration to the commissioner of natural                          
02 resources; and relating to the Alaska Water Use Act.
