00Enrolled SCR 6 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, 02 concerning House Bill No. 69, exempting certain firearms, firearm accessories, and 03 ammunition in this state from federal regulation; declaring certain federal statutes, 04 regulations, rules, and orders unconstitutional under the Constitution of the United States and 05 unenforceable in this state; and providing criminal penalties for federal officials who enforce 06 or attempt to enforce a federal statute, regulation, rule, or order regulating certain firearms and 07 firearm accessories in this state. 08 _______________ 09 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 10 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 11 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 12 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 69, exempting 13 certain firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition in this state from federal regulation; 14 declaring certain federal statutes, regulations, rules, and orders unconstitutional under the 15 Constitution of the United States and unenforceable in this state; and providing criminal

01 penalties for federal officials who enforce or attempt to enforce a federal statute, regulation, 02 rule, or order regulating certain firearms and firearm accessories in this state.
