01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Statewide Suicide Prevention Council;                                     
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(7) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (7)  Statewide Suicide Prevention Council (AS 44.29.300) - June 30,                                     
06       2019 [2013];                                                                                                  
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       RETROACTIVITY. If sec. 1 of this Act takes effect on or after June 30, 2013, sec. 1                               
10 of this Act is retroactive to June 30, 2013.                                                                            
11    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
