01 "An Act stating that the development and operation of a hydroelectric site at                                           
02 Chikuminuk Lake is not an incompatible use in the Wood-Tikchik State Park."                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 41.21.167(c) is amended to read:                                                                   
05            (c)  Development and operation of a hydroelectric site at Lake Elva, [OR]                                
06       Grant Lake, or Chikuminuk Lake is not considered an incompatible use.
