AS 16.20.039(a) is repealed and reenacted to read: 05 (a) The following state-owned land and water is established as the Creamer's 06 Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge: 07 (1) commencing at the Section Corner on the Fairbanks Base Line 08 common to Sections 33 and 34, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Fairbanks 09 Meridian, thence east along the Fairbanks Base Line 4703.30 feet, thence South 0 10 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds West 235.67 feet to a tributary of Isabella Creek, 11 thence along the south bank of the tributary to Isabella Creek North 70 degrees 59 12 minutes 51 seconds West 525.44 feet, thence North 88 degrees 22 minutes 22 seconds 13 West 85.48 feet, thence along the south bank of Isabella Creek South 85 degrees 27 14 minutes 47 seconds West 209.43 feet, thence South 68 degrees 10 minutes 59 seconds
