01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Citizens' Advisory Commission on                                          
02 Federal Management Areas in Alaska; and providing for an effective date."                                               
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                         
05                 (10)  Citizens' Advisory Commission on Federal Management Areas in                                      
06       Alaska (AS 41.37.160) - June 30, 2021.                                                                            
07    * Sec. 2. Section 2, ch. 40, SLA 2007, is repealed.                                                                
08    * Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
09 read:                                                                                                                   
10       RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect on or after June 30, 2014, it is retroactive                              
11 to June 30, 2014.                                                                                                       
12    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
