02 Dena'ina, Deg Xinag, Holikachuk, Koyukon, Upper Kuskokwim, Gwich'in, Tanana,                                            
03 Upper Tanana, Tanacross, Hän, Ahtna, Eyak, Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian languages

05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. AS 44.12.310 is amended to read:                                                                      
07            Sec. 44.12.310. Official languages [LANGUAGE]. The English, Inupiaq,                                 
08       Siberian Yupik, Central Alaskan Yup'ik, Alutiiq, Unangax, Dena'ina, Deg Xinag,                                
09       Holikachuk, Koyukon, Upper Kuskokwim, Gwich'in, Tanana, Upper Tanana,                                         
10       Tanacross, Hän, Ahtna, Eyak, Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian languages are                                      
11       [LANGUAGE IS] the official languages [LANGUAGE] of the State of Alaska.
