00 HOUSE BILL NO. 188 01 "An Act approving and ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Flint 02 Hills Resources Alaska, LLC; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section 05 to read: 06 ROYALTY OIL SALE CONTRACT WITH FLINT HILLS RESOURCES ALASKA, 07 LLC APPROVED AND RATIFIED. The legislature approves and ratifies the agreement for 08 the sale and purchase of state royalty oil between the State of Alaska and Flint Hills 09 Resources Alaska, LLC, attached as Exhibit 1 to the "Final Best Interest Finding and 10 Determination for the Sale of Alaska North Slope Royalty Oil to Flint Hills Resources Alaska, 11 LLC" dated March 25, 2013. 12 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
