01 "An Act designating Minnesota Drive and a portion of O'Malley Road in Anchorage the                                     
02 Walter J. Hickel Expressway."                                                                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.355. Walter J. Hickel Expressway. Minnesota Drive and the                                       
06       portion of O'Malley Road in Anchorage from Minnesota Drive to the New Seward                                      
07       Highway are designated the Walter J. Hickel Expressway.
