01 "An Act making an appropriation from the general fund to the community revenue                                          
02 sharing fund."                                                                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. FUND CAPITALIZATION. The sum of $90,000,000 is appropriated from the                                  
05 general fund to the community revenue sharing fund (AS 29.60.850) for the purpose of                                    
06 making community revenue sharing payments to municipalities, reserves, and communities                                  
07 for any public purpose.                                                                                               
08    * Sec. 2.  LAPSE.  The appropriation made by sec. 1 of this Act is for the capitalization of a                   
09 fund and does not lapse under AS 29.60.850(a).
