01 "An Act relating to joint ownership of real property."                                                                  
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 34.15.130 is repealed.                                                                             
04    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
05 read:                                                                                                                   
06       APPLICABILITY. Section 1 of this Act applies to real property, including an interest                              
07 in real property, that is transferred on or after the effective date of this Act.
