01 "An Act relating to the powers of the Department of Natural Resources."                                                 
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 38.05.030 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
04            (h)  This chapter does not authorize the department to implement a hunting                                   
05       guide concession program or otherwise limit the number of individuals authorized to                               
06       conduct big game commercial guiding on state land.
