00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 37                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 121, establishing the commercial charter                                         
03 fisheries revolving loan fund, the mariculture revolving loan fund, and the Alaska                                      
04 microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and loans from those funds.                                   
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 121,                                   
09 establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving loan fund, the mariculture revolving                            
10 loan fund, and the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and loans                           
11 from those funds.
