00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 35                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 276, providing for a credit against the oil and gas                              
03 production tax for costs incurred for conducting seismic exploration and drilling certain                               
04 oil or natural gas exploration wells in certain basins; relating to the determination of the                            
05 production tax value of oil and gas production; and relating to a special tax rate for new                              
06 oil or gas production south of 68 degrees North latitude.                                                               
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 276, providing                         
11 for a credit against the oil and gas production tax for costs incurred for conducting seismic                           
12 exploration and drilling certain oil or natural gas exploration wells in certain basins; relating                       
13 to the determination of the production tax value of oil and gas production; and relating to a                           
14 special tax rate for new oil or gas production south of 68 degrees North latitude.
