00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Joint Resolution No. 29, urging the United States                                         
03 Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, to plug legacy wells properly                                    
04 and to reclaim the legacy well sites as soon as possible in order to protect the                                        
05 environment in the Arctic region.                                                                                       
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rules 49(a) and 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                 
08 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                      
09 Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House                          
10 Joint Resolution No. 29, urging the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land                            
11 Management, to plug legacy wells properly and to reclaim the legacy well sites as soon as                               
12 possible in order to protect the environment in the Arctic region.
