04            Sec. 44.12.074. Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Awareness Day. Fetal                                      
05       Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Awareness Day is established on September 9 of each                                    
06       year to promote awareness of the fact that there is no known safe level of alcohol                                
07       consumption during pregnancy, to promote awareness of the effects of prenatal                                     
08       exposure to alcohol, to increase identification of children with fetal alcohol spectrum                           
09       disorders, and to improve the lives of those affected by fetal alcohol spectrum                                   
10       disorders.
