01 "An Act classifying and setting a monthly salary for the executive secretary of the Board                               
02 of Public Accountancy."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 08.04.055 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
05            (c)  The executive secretary of the board is in the partially exempt service and                             
06       entitled to receive a monthly salary equal to a step in Range 23 on the salary schedule                           
07       set out in AS 39.27.011(a).                                                                                       
08    * Sec. 2. AS 39.25.120(c) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                            
09                 (21)  the executive secretary of the Board of Public Accountancy.
