00 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 25, establishing the sustainable energy 03 transmission and supply development program in the Alaska Industrial Development 04 and Export Authority; relating to the interest rates of the Alaska Industrial 05 Development and Export Authority; and relating to taxes paid on interests in property 06 owned by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority and to the local 07 contribution for public education funding related to that property. 08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 09 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 25, establishing 12 the sustainable energy transmission and supply development program in the Alaska Industrial 13 Development and Export Authority; relating to the interest rates of the Alaska Industrial 14 Development and Export Authority; and relating to taxes paid on interests in property owned
