The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 09 read: 10 EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). This Act is exempt from the provision of 11 AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from reestablishing more than one board or commission. 12 * Sec. 8. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 13 read: 14 RETROACTIVITY. (a) Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 of this Act are retroactive to June 30, 15 2011. 16 (b) If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2012, secs. 3 and 6 of this Act are retroactive 17 to June 30, 2012. 18 * Sec. 9. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
