01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the alternative energy conservation                                           
02 revolving loan fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $10,200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                   
05 alternative energy conservation revolving loan fund (AS 45.88.010).                                                     
06    * Sec. 2. LAPSE. The appropriation made by sec. 1 of this Act is for the capitalization of a                       
07 fund and does not lapse.                                                                                                
08    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
