01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the Alaska permanent fund; making an                                          
02 appropriation under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                                  
03 constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date."                                               
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. The sum of $10,000,000,000 is appropriated from the constitutional budget                             
06 reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska) to the Alaska permanent                            
07 fund (art. IX, sec. 15, Constitution of the State of Alaska).                                                           
08    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
