01 "An Act designating a portion of Minnesota Drive and a portion of O'Malley Road in                                      
02 Anchorage the Walter J. Hickel Expressway."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.235. Walter J. Hickel Expressway. The portion of Minnesota                                      
06       Drive and the portion of O'Malley Road in Anchorage from 15th Avenue to the New                                   
07       Seward Highway are concurrently designated the Walter J. Hickel Expressway.
