01 "An Act extending a provision relating to noxious weeds, invasive plants, and                                           
02 agricultural pest management and education; providing for an effective date by                                          
03 repealing the effective date of sec. 2, ch. 102, SLA 2008; and providing for an effective                               
04 date."                                                                                                                  
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. Section 2, ch. 102, SLA 2008, is repealed.                                                            
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect on or after June 30, 2011, this Act is                                    
10 retroactive to June 29, 2011.                                                                                           
11    * Sec. 3. Section 3, ch. 102, SLA 2008, is repealed.                                                               
12    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
